The City of Texarkana, Arkansas is in the process of drafting an updated Comprehensive Plan Update! Comprehensive Plans are a guide adopted by a city to direct future growth and development within the City Limits and Planning Area.
The Plan is a tool and guide used by the Planning Commission and Board of Directors as they consider future decisions and policy regarding zoning and development. Comprehensive plans are flexible and lay out broad goals and objectives for the City.
